Bulded is an AI-assisted sales development platform operated by Fluxe®.

- Workspace data: workspace names, members, roles and settings.

- Campaign data: configuration, targeting and results.
- Email drafts and email activity: drafts, sent emails, opens, replies, bounces and unsubscribes.
- Technical logs: IP, device, browser, timestamps and errors.

4. AI processing
Bulded uses AI to analyze leads and generate email drafts. AI outputs are suggestions only. You remain responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any outreach before it is sent, and for complying with applicable laws.
5. Third-party services
- Authentication provider for sign-in and identity (Google).
- Email sending: Google (Gmail OAuth) or your custom SMTP provider.
- AI provider accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway.
- Hosting and backend infrastructure provider.
- Analytics tools, only if you accept analytics cookies.
6. Your rights under GDPR

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
