These Terms govern your use of Bulded, a product by Fluxe®. By using the service you accept these Terms. Contact hello@bulded.com with questions.
1. Use of the product
You may use Bulded to discover leads, manage commercial workflows and generate outreach, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
3. Workspace and user data
You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant Bulded the rights needed to host, process and provide the service to you, including AI-assisted analysis on your behalf.
4. Acceptable use
- No spam, unlawful outreach or harassment.
- No use of the service to violate privacy, data protection or anti-spam laws.
- No attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the platform.
5. Email, privacy and data protection compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that outreach complies with applicable laws, including GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM and similar regulations. You must have a lawful basis to contact the recipients you import.
6. AI outputs
AI-generated drafts, scores and analyses are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before they are used, sent or acted upon.
7. Email sending
Sending requires your authorization via Google OAuth or your own SMTP credentials. You can revoke access at any time.
8. Service availability
We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Changes to the service
We may add, modify or remove features over time, communicating material changes where reasonable.
10. Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulded and Fluxe® are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or risky use.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws where Fluxe® operates.
